Tax Advice - Working remotely from Spain for UK company

I really need to find some advice here and I don't know where to look.

I have been asked by my boss to continue working for our company in the uk remotely even though we are moving to Spain within the next few month.

How would i deal with the tax situation? Would I pay UK or Spanish tax? What would I need do do about this?

Can anybody offer any advice?

The general rule is that you pay the tax in the country that you are sitting when you do the work. There are some exceptions but if you plan on settling in spain long term they don't apply here.

You may be able to choose whether to pay UK or Spanish NI but as this also affects the Employer's NI, he may not give *you* the choice.

Ask a spanish tax accountant.
