Your attempt to explain away the problems in Quicken, instead of acknowledging that they do exist, fails on both technical and logical levels.
------------------------------
Your attempt to mis-represent Ken Blake's comments is an indication that you have more interest in making nasty comments, than in learning the facts, much less solving a problem.
First: you hijacked this discussion - a discussion whose purpose was defined by the originator of the discussion ... ie: Ken Blake.
Then you - insultingly - put words/meanings in Ken's mouth ... which he clearly did not say or mean.
I have Q2014. I can tell you for a fact that many of its reported problems do not occur for every user of Q2014.
If you want to get help with what you believe are Q2014 problems, you first need to refrain from hijacking someone else's discussion. Then you need to provide objectively verifiable facts that will allow someone else to verify that your problems are not limited to you and your particular computer environment. Perhaps, at that point, someone can help you find a way around your problem.
And finally: you need to come to grips with the fact that there will be no more updates to Q2014 ... so no matter whether there are any bugs in Q2014 ... you are wasting other's time complaining about them - Q2014 will not be fixed. In case you don't grasp the full meaning of that fact, let me spell it out: you will be better off if your Q2014 problems are not "bugs" - if your problems are not bugs, you may be able to get a workaround for them. If they are bugs ... you are stuck with them ... until/unless you upgrade to a newer version of Quicken (or whatever other alternative you choose).
