CPA Review

I am a recent college graduate and want to begin studying for the CPA Exam. I would like to take the self-study approach and use software. Does anyone have suggestions on which software would be most beneficial? I know that Becker is the most recognized, but is very expensive and I do not have an employer that would pay the cost. I am looking for reasonably priced and effective. Any input is very much appreciated.

I was not a special (although I had a good knowledge of financial accounting) or great student, and I have passed both REG & FAR using

formatting link
and I just ordered to next and last two sections.

What I found most helpful were their videos and their practice problems/tests/simulations. THe videos are good because they really do, like they continuously say, get you to learn the "essentials."

I used Wiley, and passed all four parts in one window. I bought the

2004 Version used off of Amazon.com, as there are no major differences between it and the 2005 edition.
