I am relaying this problem on the behalf of another. This is the 2004 Pro version of Simply Accounting.
"I have been using Simply Accounting for over 15 years with no problems. While completing my T4 Summary, I realized that last spring the program stopped deducting the employer's share of EI for some of my employees."
Apparently even the Simply Accounting people themselves do not know what could be causing this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
