Hello all, I'm getting an error when I try to open my Simply Accouting Database. Has anyone else seen this error before?
This is the error message I get when I try to open a simply accounting database:
"The database may be damaged or it is not a valid Simply Accounting database. If it is a valid database that is damaged, the program can try to repair it, or you can restore a backup of this database. To repair the database you will need to open the company in single-user mode."
When I open an older version and then try to restore from my most recent backup, this is the error message I get:
"Restore failed. Failure decompressing data".
