When I try to connect to my RMS database using RMS Administrator, I got the following message:
Cannot open user default database. Login failed.
This happens using any computer on my network, even the server where this database was installed.
The same issue happens when I try to make a backup.
I also tried to open database in SQL enterprise manager and got the following message:

A connection could not be established to (local). Rason: Cannot open user default database. Login failed.
Please verify SQL Server is running and check your SQL server registration properties (by clicking in the (local) node) and try again.
