Hi, I am using PT 2003 Complete on a network. Recently, I got a new PC using Windows 2000 as the operating system. When I print statements in batch, the detail is not tieing to actual numbers - ie a person with a balance of $15.00 shows an opening balance of $1,147.00 with a total due of 15.00. When I run an individual statement the detail is correct. When I run batch statements on another station, the numbers are correct. So I know it is a problem with my station. I have re-installed PT, I have re-booted the server. I am at a loss. One additional clue - when I reinstall PT on my station - it tells me I have to re-boot the server because "files are in use" I have made sure no other users are in when I did the install but am still getting the message.
