Does the company file have to be sitting on a central server or can it just be on one system that has a shared folder (with password) to other computers in a basic network?
When I download tax table updates, will I have to update every computer or does it update the company file itself?
And I'm assuming that software updates will have to be downloaded per each individual computer and not to the company file, correct?
Company files may reside on a peer. Map other peers to that folder.
Tax tables should be downloaded to the peer where the files reside and that one only.
Updates must be loaded to each computer running the program.

actually one other question if you don't mind.... if I'm updating from a single user version to a multi-user version would I have to install the single user version on each computer and then run the multi-user update? ( I am assuming that this is the case).
