2nd lane cashdrawer won't pop

I've checked connections, settings, rebooted with no success. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas, solutions would be very appreciated.

Here's add'l info: Printer is StarTSP100, Cashdrawer is serial-type, RMS

1.3.1002. Lane 1 cashdrawer pops with no problem.

Thanks for the reply. It was the power adapter that was missing. Found it still in the box, now working fine.
