I have several accounts that appear to not be aging properly.
For example, initial sale was in February, but May statements shows entire balance in the 'Current' period.
Some accounts seem to be aging properly, others aren't. I haven't spent hours researching it, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious rhyme or reason to it. One account is aging properly, the next isn't.
Ideas?
Some accounts that should be getting hit with past due penalties are not, and this is not good.
