I'm using a loyalty program that uses one of the custom fields in customer properties to keep track of the points accumulated. I would like to add this point total to the customers receipt. Does anyone know how this could be done? Thanks Craig

Hi Craig,
The receipts are located by default in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates
Make a backup of you receipt ;) then add the column into the receipt using notepad...columns are delimited by a "|" so it may take a couple tries to get the formatting right.
The field I think you are interested in could be one of the following:
Customer.CustomText1 Customer.CustomText2 Customer.CustomText3 Customer.CustomText4 Customer.CustomText5
or
Customer.CustomCaptionText1 Customer.CustomCaptionText2 Customer.CustomCaptionText3 Customer.CustomCaptionText4 Customer.CustomCaptionText5
Hope this helps,
KJ
