I want to rename a machine that I have RMS on, I wonder if it will still work after. Something tells me that perhaps the license key stored in the database might be based upon the machine name.

hi Coaster , this could be true with 2.0 version and I heard lot of stories, however 1.3 version have not this issue and you can change to anything you want.
But logically not true because what it does it that on that particular machine it activate the license may generate some more keys internally to store the license, so it would have to work if machine name get change.
