Any way to format the X & Z report to print on a single full page?

I want to print my X & Z reports in a standard printer, rather than the 40 column POS printer.

Is there any way to do this and maybe print one page, instead of 3 pages, since it thinks it is printing to a 40 column?

I took the supplied item mentioned by Jonathan, then deleted sections that I did not want to print (such as dept total sales, etc.). I now have a "nice" X/Z one page report.

Download Mozilla THUNDERBIRD. Better than Outlook Express. Plus Outlook Regular and Express do not play well together.

Right, that's because you have to be using a NOT web based reader to see attachments. OK, that's a lie - I'm pretty sure they are available in google groups. Anyway, no attachments on the MS web site.

Here are the instructions for connecting with Outlook express so that you can get attachments. I blatantly stole this from Jeff's signature line...

===================================================You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to see and download the file attachment(s). If you are not using a reader, follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with newsreader" under the MS Retail Management System on the right.

Hi there ... Mr Smith there is a several really good ways to do what you want. First one you can set your syste not to print anything during cachiers Z-out, and then just print all reports together on a full page printer. For that you have to have 2 reciept formats . in first one (we will call it normal receipt) you have to remove the last tamplete (it called report:) and then make another receipt form called z-report (called report), and remove all tampletes from it except the last one . Put there Xreport tamplete. Then in register settings use "normal receipt" form for your seted up printer #1 , and in printer #2 settings uncheck any checkboxes and just put jurnaling and select "report" tamplete ... So it's done ...

Now your cachiers can't see their dayly sales, and you can see all reports together and print on a full page ...

I hope that's what you need :)
