Does anyone use this scale with RMS? Need help to install. Scale is configured, and calibrated, but error trying to connect to pc. Any help welcome.

Thanks for the reply. The reseller who sold this to us is Microsoft partner and RMS certified, not good.

Neal,

Just install and configure the OPOS driver for the scale. I have installed many Avery Berkel scales with RMS. It might be a good idea to ask your partner how many RMS installations they have done before choosing them. Customers who pay for the support up front for a system from an experienced partner are usually happier than ones that shop for the cheapest system and end up paying later.
