BLOCK ACCOUNT TENDER ON DEPOSITS / REFUNDS OF WORKORDER

RMS SHOULD BLOCK ACCESS TO "ACCOUNT" TENDER TYPE ON ALL TRANSACTIONS THAT INVOLVE A DEPOSIT, OR REFUND OF A DEPOSIT.

RMS POS HAS A QUALITY ISSUE, IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO SELECT ACCOUNT AS A TENDER TYPE FOR A DEPOSIT REFUND BUT WILL NOT APPLY THE PAYMENT TO THE ACCOUNT AND LEAVES THE MONEY IN LIMBO AND NOT AVAILABLE.

DD,

I understand your frustration, but, FWIW, anything that comes to me in ALL CAPS, usually gets tossed, usually unread!

i type in all caps most of the time because caps are easier to read. many websites have the text set so small that you must be one of the few with

20/20 to read it easily. i am not a cyber chatter and an all caps response or question is not meant as yelling. i wear glasses to read and stare a computer all day

I have reposted the letter in small letters.

p.s. what does fwiw mean?

DD,

No problem.

If you read the newsgroup in Outlook Express or some other newsreader program, you can customize the font size of the message within the program to almost any size you want.

If you continue to use the web interface for the group, try changing the font size there too! Assuming Internet Explorer | View | Text Size | Medium or Larger
