I have employees who use lookup codes, instead of scanning, I have made items inactive and checked block sale of this item, yet if they type in the lookup code it will bring up the item, is there any way other then deleting the item to stop it from coming up whey they type in the look-up code? I don't understand why it will let you sell the item if it is inactive and why the block sale of this item is not working.
