is there anyway we can set the cashier to log off from POS automatically if its idle for let say 5 minutes. so in this way if somebody logs on and forget to log off nobody else can use their id. thank you in advance

I would recommend forcing the log on after each sale. I know it can be aggravating to have to sign in each time but it prevents the computer from being left open.
