hello everybody, when i tender checks at POS station i succesfully get the check number but cannot get drivers license or state. it asks me for the information but does not store it any place. does anybody know what i am doing wrong

You are not doing anything wrong. RMS doesn't save the info. M$ claims that its for security purposes.
I suggest going into CustomerSource and voting for the suggestion. The more votes it gets, the more likely it will be added.
