We're closing a couple of stores. Is it possible to somehow restrict these stores from showing up during the worksheet creation process? I don't think I want to delete them altogether because they still have sales history for the year...

Can you make a region called "Closed" and check all regions but that one?

good call thanks. When creating a worksheet you can either choose by store or by region. I created an inactive region and modifed store property for each closed store and assigned it to the "inactive" region. Users can now submit worksheets for all active regions and it works like a champ.
