Database and Items

I'm no expert to RMS by means, but we have a RMS server and 3 registers. My question is this, the shop manager opens up RMS Manager and then goes to Databases and selects Items. When this person opens the items and selects an item. The price is shown correctly. Then proceeds to the next item and the price is completely wrong (shows' the price from the previous item that was opened first). We do this to several items the price is still showing the first item. If i close out the program reopen the program the prices are correct.



Any idea what may be causing this problem?

It's a bug. This was fixed in version 1.3.1003

I believe that if you use the OK or Cancel buttons to close the properties page between items, the correct price will be displayed. Better to get the update.

Thanks Glenn, i just went and checked our version and we are at 1.3.1002. I appreciate the quick response.
