My customer wants to disable the scanner whenever this message(unknown item) is displayed, the reason for that it's a supermarket, cashiers in a supermarket should be fast as much as they can and shouldn't be looking at the POS screen all the time, so if the cashier scans unknown item, he gets the message, and if he continues scanning other items, POS won't tell him and won't accept more entries
Is there a anyway (disable the scanner or whatever) to inform the cashier that this message is already displayed? so that they stop scanning till pressing Esc and locate the unknow item
note:- the "unknow item screen" remains active even if u keep scanning untill u press Esc, press TAB then Enter, or press "Close" using mouse
