Hello friends, I have multiple doubts over QSRules.dll. As far as I have understood, QSRules is the heart of RMS and it holds business logic and help in communication between RMS POS and RMS Store Manager and access the database.
My doubts are as follows:

Amit, QSRules.dll is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management Systems\Store Operations\ (or wherever you installed RMS). There will be one instance of QSRules.dll per register or manager station.
As far as how to interact with this library, if you are an RMS partner you should be able to download the RMS Customization Guide from PartnerSource, if not I'd strongly recommend contacting a development company to help you create any add-ins you are looking for. There are many, many intricacies in working with RMS that can only be leaned with time and experience. Ashfin from Retail Realms, the boys over at New West Technologies, or ourselves are all well equipped to help you alone if you'd like.
