I have found that customers in our HQ db, as well as our SO db, have the same customer listed more than 3 times with the same account number. So somehow the customer table has the same customer, account number and all, listed more than 3 times. All customers are set to be global even if created at the store. I ran a check and all customer records show as being global.
Is there any SQL script that would pull the duplicated records and then merge them based on the account numbers?
