Purchased RMS software, purchased new hardware, purchased Vista Ultimate upgrade, now my reseller is suggesting scrapping Vista box and purchasong new XP based hardware. Store operations will not load or loads very slowly. Customers are walking out the door while waiting to pay for products. Anyone know of any fixes/patches or experiencing the same problems. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I had trouble getting 2.0 to load on Vista, specifically the license manager would not install. I was able to install 1.3 just fine however. Of course I just use it to demo software so I don't put it under the same rigors of a live retail environment, but in as much s I do use it seems to work just fine.

I have had great luck running RMS V2 on Windows Vista Business... no slow down, hang ups etc... the only thing that I don't like is the UAC propmts you each time SOM, SOA and SOPOS is run.
I could just turn off UAC and eliminate this problem but it is not really a big deal.
