Editing Status.htm

I'm trying to customize the HTML bar to show the information we want to see, but I'm not clueful enough to be sure of what I'm doing. Is there any guide to editing this thing, or am I out of luck?

I want the customer name, address, and a couple of custom fields from the "Additional" tab to show up.
