Font and DB Question

I wrote a while back about the font issue on the reciept printout. The font size is too big and I have not located a place to resize the font. I was led to believe that was one of the issues on the last refresh cd that was sent to my customers store, yet it wasn't the fact. I was hoping that I could find a way to finally fix this issue, as it has been on going for over 1 year now. Also, I have the customers database and I have imported it into my system to attempt to restructure all their catagories, etc, yet I am not able to start the manager with that DB. I saw some msg that says I need to log onto that db. Not quite sure what that means. I want to incorporate it and make it the main DB for my system.

Thank you in advanced.

Thanks for the reply Jeff, I believe the printer is an Epson. I recall you posting a link to a site that had both drivers and different format reciepts. As for the DB, this is for MS POS, so I believe there is no use for the dongle.

Thank you for your help,

"Jeff @ Check Po> Mike,

getting the eval message or you haven't logged into their db in SO Admin.
