Font and DB issue for MS POS

Hey Jeff, This is a MS POS issue. I posted a message a week or so ago about and ongoing font size issue for the reciept printer. The printer is an Epson, and when a reciept is printed out, the font size results in a print out that the wording etc is too large and there for is not completely printed out. I was told that the last refresh would fix that, yet they are still dealing with this issue. This issue is over a year old and the customer is completely frustrated. I would like to know if there is anywhere I can go in and change the font size on the reciept printer. I do recall a time that some one from your staff posted a site that had opos drivers, or something to that matter and a link to other types of receipt templates.

Also, the customer has sent me their DB to upload to my system, so I can change some of the catagories, etc. I have uploaded the db, yet It tells me I have to login to their connection. I am not quite sure what that means. I see an option to change connections when I start the POS Manager, yet not sure how to change it or what to change it too.
