When I try to void a return the 'ok' button is not enabled. I go to Recall>void a transaction>Enter current date>'HIlite the return I want to void. However the 'ok' button is not enabled???

You have to enter the amount tendered in order to activate the OK button.

Sounds like there may be security set up in POS. Some settings carry over from other functions ok button being blocked in the security set up. If this is not the case I have no clue as to the cause of the problem.
