Forcing Cashiers to Sign In between each transaction

I've looked through the manuals but can't find what I'm looking for. How do I set up RMS so that the cashiers are forced to sign in before each transaction?

SO Manager --> File menu --> Configuration --> Options tab --> POS options --> Force logon each sale.
