(further) restriction of suppliers in PO Creation list

Is there any way to restrict the list of suppliers appearing in the PO Creation window?

I want my "frequent flyers" in there and nobody else (well, perhaps an option at the bottom of the list that says "Other Supplier..."

Any way to do this?
