I find some of the Existing Shift reports on the RMS Side of things lacking. In Particular. In one Gas Station we have 3 RMS Lanes and we are open 24 hours a day. 3 Shits per day. We therefore have 9 separate operators during a 24 hour shift. Traditionally with previous EPOS Machines we had better control of the tracking of Money Variances "Over's and Shorts" per operator per shift. In Particular where in the RMS EPOS Software can an shop operator account for the canisters that he drops to a safe during his shift to unload money from his EPOS. Traditionally on other epos there was a canister drop function where an operator would remove say 500 Euros from the EPOS Insert it into a numbered canister and then tell the epos that he was doing this. The EPOS Would ask him to declare the Amount inserted and the Canister Number. It would then print a Thermal Date and name Stamped Receipt Slip and he would insert this into the canister close it and drop it into the safe chute. At the End of his shift on the Shift Z Report thermal printout there would be a section which List of all the canisters that he dropped with the amounts dropped and the times. Each Operator would drop 6 to 10 Canisters during each 8 hour shift. Can you Help. kind regards, Michael McLoughlin. _____________________ JH McLoughlin & Co Ltd Ballymany, Newbridge Co Kildare Ireland. Tel 00353 45 447298. Fax 00353 45 431244.
