MS Dynamics 2K9--How are tips calculated and posted?
I can't seem to find any information from the 4th Coffee demo or the tutorials. Can someone guide me to the tools, setup and configuration for employees collecting tips? Please and thanks-

You will have to do tips in pos2K9 in the same way you do them for RMS 2.0
Custom Receipt for work orders with a tips line, you save the transaction as a work order assigned to the customer, it then prints a receipt with a tips line, the customer then puts the tip on totals the order, then you recall the transaction add the tips and tender to whatever tender type and then move on. Not gonna be a simple transaction
