Is it possible to have multiple HeadQuarter managers? That is can I have HQ database on one machine, and then have 3 other machines with a HQ Managers on them accessing the HQ database?

Definitely u can! after u insall HQ on the 3 machines, run HQ Administrator, open File|Configuration and type the proper database settings (server name or IP, db name, sql login, sql password)

If I have 2 database on one server also Is it possible to connect three computer to one database and another 2 computer to second database?

yes, it's the same issue, all u have to do is to configure Administrator on
3 PCs to point to DB1, and configure Administrator on the other 2 PCs to point to DB2

Something to consider, you can't have two databases on the same machine as each is tied to a dongle and you can only use one dongle per machine.

That only applies if the database server is also the HQ Server (or the manager station that the dongle is on). If it's just a database server, it can host as many HQ and or SO databases as the hardware/network can handle.
