Our store does a lot of customer-not-present orders (phone, fax, and email). Many of our customers have asked for an email confirmation when their order is complete. I would like a way (either within RMS natively, or via a third-party tool) to automatically generate an email containing the transaction details (it can use the same format as our printed receipt). This can be an email sent through Exchange or as a SQLMail.
