HP rp5000 Receipt printer problem

I need some help setting up the A794 printer on the rp5000 POS system. I install everything according to instructions but it is not printing. I am running the MS Dynamics POS 2.0. Now I am getting an error message that say cannot acquire resources for A794

Install the latest OPOS drivers from HP or TPG, and also make sure that the printer is set up for Native USB.
