We are trying to set up an eval of HQ at our data center behind a firewall. In the HQ Getting Started Guide it says that I need to open up our HQ Server port (34200) for the SOCKS protocol on the firewall. SOCKS does not seem to be an optional protocol to allow on our firewall. Does it have to be SOCKS or can HQ be configured to run over TCP or UDP?

34200 and 34202 TCP if using the default ports. HQ must be setup between 34000-35000.What version is this 1.2 or 1.3 and on what page does it reference SOCKS? I'm looking through the 1.3 Getting Started and can't find it. Nor is it referenced in the KB.
