I'm looking for the import utility for RMS

There is a third party import utility. I have downloaded it in the past but for some strange reason, probably stupidity, I can't find it.

What is the name of the third party tool and where are you trying to import the items into, HQ or SO?

If you know the name try seraching it in your operating system.
