Hi, Does any one know how to I IMPORT data information to Department and Categories in RMS ? I can seem to import to these two fields. Any suggestion is very much appreciated.

The QSImport utility does not have the option to import departments. You can purchase a third party sql import program like the EMS Import Utility, the cost is about $75.00. I researched this myself a couple of weeks ago and decided it was easier to take 10 minutes and create the depts and categories manually.
