When i enter the cost of an item, the calculated profit in % is incorrect. I am not sure why this is happening. I also noticed that during the day if i want to check the sale through the graph button in pos it shows a different amount then what i see in the x report. not sure how all this stuff is being tally. If someone can tell me how i can fix or adjust this, please guide me in the right direction.
