integration between RMS and Quickbooks error

Hi, I try to post batch from RMS to Quick book and I receive a popup message as follow "an error was detected while posting journals. Refer to C:\program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\QBPost1.log" Then I explore to the directory path but I can not find QBPost1.log file at all. How do I track down what the issue is? Does anyone have experienced on this issue? Thanks
