Is there any way to change Item attributes, such as, Detail Line 1, 2, 3 to read something more appropriate such as Size, Color, Type instead? so that employees don't have to remember what must go in for any given Item attributes, such as Size in Detail line 1 etc.

Hi Nick, are you talking about Matrix item if so yes it is possible for you to do so, else if you are talking about something description then it is also possible as RMS provides you have 3 more descriptions you can set the caption from File-> Configuration> click on Captions, and then click on Item there you set the Capation i.e. Size, Color and Type. Remeber upto 3 description you have.
