I have backup rms store operations manager into a *.bck file. After reinstalling new OS (WinXP) and RMS with MSDE, I successfully restored the database fr the backup. The pop-up did inform the restoration is completed but my items list is still blank. Need urgent advice to recover those data b'coz got around 800+ items inside. Thanks.
