Dear, One of our RMS customers is asking for the posibillity to print a report wich shows the complete 'stock on hand' balance and the value of it on a certan date. For example, they want to know the complete stock quantity and value on the date of 30th of november 2006. Is RMS storing this kind of information? I couldn't find it anywhere. Maybe we need to customize a report to get it? Or just with a quiry to get it out of the database?

Justin, We also have an add-in that is capable of rolling back inventory to a given date. It basically looks like an Item Value List, but you can set it to any point in history. It's relatively easy to use SQL to figure out the inventory quantities as of a certain date. My question is, does your add-in use the current inventory cost figures, or does it go back and calculate what the item cost was at the date for which your are seeking the inventory value?
Jason, Our report rolls back all transactions, transfers, purchase orders and any other adjustments made, as well as takes into account the historical cost at the point to which you have rolled back to.
