Some problems when Importing RMS Data to GP

Hi all, I'm having some troubles with this integration tool I hope someone can help me. I follow all the required steps in the Integration Guide and I'm getting this erros:

1. When I run the Convert Tables process gives me this message; 'An Error occurred while converting the RMSDEFAULTSETUP Table. See log file for more information'

I guess that the next errors are because the number 1. point

1. I can´t import vendors; When I run the vendor import the 'Vendor Import Report' in Import Status Column has 529 instead Succesfull Import

1. I can´t import customers; When I run the customer import the 'Customer Import Report' in Import Status Column has 1305 instead Succesfull Import
