Licences/Support

i have 2 stores, store 1 is my main store with 5 tills and HQ software, store 2 has 3 tills. I am reviewing my software maintenance and support costs and wondered what people would expect me to be paying per year for telephone/software support etc?

Do i have to pay RMS licence fee per year or is it a one off cost to get my dongle and licence?

You only pay for the license once. The maintenance plan is a yearly expense. Craig
