Does anyone else remember being told that there was one free support incident included as a new added benefit when they renewed their maintenance plan this year? MS is now telling me there was no such thing. Did I imagine it?

It was two incidents. When you log onto customersource there is a box on the right that gives you info on your subscription such as how many days of support you have left, etc. In that box it will tell you how many incidents you have. Mine says two, and they came after I renewed in the spring. Craig

I was hoping I am not going crazy! I emailed MS the text from the website. I think it was one when I renewed and I could swear my 'incident remaining' counter in CustomerSource used to say one. Now it is just gone and MS says there was no such thing. Go figure. We'll see if I renew my maintenance plan next time.

They just told me that my maintenance plan did not come with a support incident, I am on "Maintenance Plan", NOT Maintenance Plan A. An MS rep calls and tells me I get the support incident, then I renew through my partner I don't get it?? Very strange. And I swear my CustomerSource console was showing one incident remaining a few months ago.

that when I was slow to renew a sales rep from MS had called twice and they told me I was getting one free as a new enhancement to the maintenance plan. I guess you get exactly what you get in writing.
