When i open store operation pos and i log in it tells me acces is denied and i click on ok then it allow me to do all activity so i want to know what is this acces denied ?

This happens when you have a device configured for OPOS use on one of the COM ports and it is not configured correctly. This may be related to your scale issues you recently posted about.
