Making Items Inactive in HQ Environment

Dec 07, 2006 8 Replies

I hope I'm just missing something simple here...

Is there a way for me to make an item inactive in my HQ DB and somehow transmit this change to the stores?

I would REALLY prefer not to do this manually at every store.

Through HQ Manager ... make sure you are in Maintenance Mode and then go to database, items, find the items and options. Make item inactive. The next time a WS 401 is run the changes will be reflected in the Stores database(s).

This is definitely not the case.

Run the 250 saying that you will select the items manually. Then when the

250 worksheet shows right click and select the option for items recently changed [dates you made the items inactive]. This will select all the items that you made inactive. Approve the worksheet and communicate to store.

Thank you Todd, that is exactly the little thing I was missing.
