Is there a matrix item type for MS POS? I look in item type and found standard, serial numbered, noninventory. So how do you setup clothing stores? Thanks CBS

Use RMS instead.
You could look for an add-in that creates items for POS. I doubt that you'll find one though. The cheapest fix is probably going to be to toss POS in the garbage and buy RMS.
