Ghost Matrix Items

I have an item within a matrix that I need to modify. When I scan a tagged item it comes up on the register with wrong information. When I try to look it up in the Store Operations POS or Manager to correct the problem it is not there. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how I can find and modify this item?

It's probably been marked as Inactive. Inactive items are not displayed in item lists, but they will be added to the transaction screen if scanned, or if selected through a matrix lookup.

Go to the Inventory Wizard, and select the second to last task - "Make Items Active".
